Under normal conditions, it will take 1-2 business days.

We allow unlimited minor changes (improvements) to perfect the design. This includes changing colour, outlines, positioning and etc. Making a large change (such as changing the whole concept) will be free of charge if the new design is simple. Other large changes may incur a small $30 fee depending on its complexity.

The artwork is included in the order package, so the order payment must be made first. However, standalone artwork design can be provided at a rate of $30 per design.

Logos, names, and numbers are unlimited on our sublimation products.

Logo submissions must be in vector format (eps/ai). If you only have a jpg/png version then we will try and vectorise it for you for free. Low quality and small sized jpg/png logos that are difficult to vectorise can be manually redrawn and converted for a fee.
